Job Description
  • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills (French Speaker can be a plus)
  • Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
  • Daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, coordination
Profile / Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Available, mobile, and open to travel.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
