Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1-3 years of experience to support various human resource functions, including coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be confident in public speaking.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end HR coordination activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentationSupport in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update HR records, MIS, and employee databasesFacilitate employee onboarding and induction programsCoordinate and support employee engagement activities and eventsAssist in training coordination and internal communicationHelp in implementing HR policies and processesHandle general employee queries and provide HR supportKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong public speaking and presentation skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectivelyBasic understanding of HR processes and policiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and follow-up skills
