Requi
- rementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
- field.10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience operating at HR Director, Head of People, VP People, or equivalent
- level.Proven experience within high-growth FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, AI, Technology, SaaS, or Digital busi
- nesses.Strong understanding of organisational scaling, change management, and talent st
- rategy.Experience partnering directly with C-suite and executive leadership
- teams.Demonstrated success building and implementing people strategies in fast-paced enviro
- nments.Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment legis
- lation.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership
- skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people insights into business ou
