Job Description
One of the top 20 insurance companies in Dubai is looking for a Business Development Manager. The role holder is responsible for generating and forming a client portfolio through new business generation, solely responsible to identify opportunities through various channels, build a business relationship and execute sales in line with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through personal networks, networking events, market intelligence, cold calling & referrals.
- Coordinates with the internal and external stakeholders to develop a shared approach of all services that the organization provides to its clients/Customers.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Ensures high quality of client servicing and retention of insurance contracts with customers to maintain professional and loyal relationship.
- Focuses on competitor, economic and industry developments to be able to identify new opportunities.
Language Skills:
Expert level of proficiency in English language
Basic level of proficiency in Arabic language is preferred
Nature of Experience:
- 7 - 15 years experience from Insurance industry with a portfolio of 5+ Million yearly in Direct General Insurance sales (Non-Motor, Medical & Motor).
- Proven ability in sales, relationship management, strong customer service orientation, organizing workload under pressure and excellent communication skills.
