Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Analyst to oversee the lifecycle management of real estate and corporate assets. This role will focus on maintaining asset registers, optimizing asset performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting key financial decisions across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate asset registers across properties using Excel and accounting software.
• Monitor asset movement between sites and document cost transfers.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and suggest asset replacements when needed.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and track their financial impact.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with asset performance data.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and prepare audit-ready records.
• Report asset performance insights to the Group Accounting Manager and CEO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in asset or property management, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; strong documentation skills.
