Designation: Senior Executive

Office Location: Dubai

Position Description: Affle is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that delivers consumer engagement, acquisitions and transactions through relevant Mobile Advertising. The platform aims to enhance returns on marketing investment through contextual mobile ads and also by reducing digital ad fraud.

While Affle&aposs Consumer platform is used by online & offline companies for measurable mobile advertising, its Enterprise platform helps offline companies to go online through platform-based app development, enablement of O2O commerce and through its customer data platform.

Affle India successfully completed its IPO in India on 08.08.19 and now trades on the stock exchanges (BSE: 542752 & NSE: AFFLE).

Primary Responsibilities:

Work Description
 A.  Invoice Processing
  • Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify invoice details, such as pricing, quantities, and payment terms.
 B.  Vendor Relations
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies,payment inquiries, and other issues.
 C.  Data Entry
  • Accurately input financial data of the invoices received into the company&apossaccounting system.
  • Maintain and update Vendors master data and ensure completeness.
 D.  Reconciliation
  • Assist with reconciling accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.Documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation for all accounts payable transactions as per companys standard operating procedure.
  • Assist in the filing and organization of financial records.
 E.  Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
  • Help with audits and reporting as needed.

Required Skills:

 A.  Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Commerce.
 B.  Minimum Experience:
  • 2 5 years experience in Accountancy / Finance
 C.  Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
  • Hands on GST & TDS Tax compliance
  • Good Communication Skills. English is must
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive
  • improvements.
  • Strong and Financial acumen and good problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
