About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HRBPs to understand business objectives and support HRBPs in managing day-to-day HR operations in all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
- Serve as a point of contact for minor HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed
- Ensure that all requests for services are completed within an appropriate time frame
- Handling all Exit Interviews and other Exit Interviews as needed
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, which will further contribute to process improvements
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement events.
- Assist in compliance activities related to the Labour Law.
- Support in documentation, record keeping, tracking and following up on open HR tasks till closure.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and Labour Law.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Hands-on HR experience in a professional environment.
- Exposure to HR operations, and employee engagement.
