Overview:

Edu Plus Training & Consultancy Centre is seeking an experienced and engaging freelance Instructor to deliver a 3-day in-house training course titled AI Solutions for Customer Service Excellence.

The goal of the training is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to integrate artificial intelligence technologies into customer service operations to enhance efficiency, personalization, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led training in English to two cohorts of employees across separate sessions.
  • Facilitate sessions aligned with the course outline, using real-world examples and interactive methods.
  • Guide participants through practical activities such as use case development, case study analysis, chatbot evaluation, and action planning.
  • Foster engaging discussions on topics including AI tools, data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, personalization, and responsible AI use.
  • Assess participant understanding and adjust delivery pace/style accordingly.
  • Provide post-training feedback to Edu Plus on participant engagement and course delivery outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Customer Experience, or a related field; Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training or professional practice in AI solutions, customer service technologies, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering corporate or government-focused training programs.

Strong understanding of:

  • AI-powered customer service tools (e.g., chatbots, NLP platforms)
  • Data analytics and predictive modeling
  • Customer journey mapping and personalization techniques
  • Ethical and privacy considerations in AI
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural and professional environments is a plus.
