We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our thriving team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the property market, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of closing successful deals.As a Real Estate Broker, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing property transactions while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:- Contact all leads handed to you by the company and ensure a smooth transition to sale
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing and investment opportunities.
- Show properties to prospective buyers and provide detailed information about features and financing options.
- Negotiate contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and property management professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated with local real estate laws, regulations, and standards.
- Develop marketing strategies, including digital and print campaigns, to promote property listings.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the Dubai property market.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and market trends in the UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals efficiently and ethically.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Valid real estate broker license for Dubai or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
