Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer for Apeejay Svran Group, Dubai

We are looking for a qualified company / corporate secretary with at least four years of experience handling multiple companies for our global corporate office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and update statutory records including company licenses, board minutes, resolutions, minute books and other documentation.
- Liaison with statuary teams in different countries to ensure their documentation is up to date and in line with global policy.
- Maintain essential compliances such as updated KYC information of companies, directors, shareholders & critical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with banking and accounting teams for timely provision of documents with needed stamps, notarizations and approvals.
- Work on the formation of new companies and handle all documentation concerning formation compliances.
- Ensure companies are following all compliances concerning their jurisdiction and global group policies.
- Ensure new transactions, contracts, activities, and businesses meet existing compliance frameworks and documentation.

Job Knowledge & Requisite Skills:
- Well versed with the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI Guidelines, liaison Regulations, Insider Trading Regulations, Takeover Code, FEMA
- Proficient in Corporate Advisory, Drafting, Reporting, and Compliance Management.
- Liaisoning and coordination with different statutory, judicial/ quasi-judicial authorities
Education Qualification & Experience:
- A qualified company secretary
- Any certification in the related field would be added advantage
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant role will be considered
Working Days: 6 days and Office Time - 9 am - 6 pm
