• Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
• Assist with HR reporting, surveys, and administrative tasks.
• Research HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data and interactions.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
