Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is passionate about employee growth, continuous learning, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, job aids).
  • Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, webinars, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
  • Help administer learning management systems (LMS) and monitor course enrollments and completions.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness.
  • Research best practices and trends in L&D and suggest improvements.
  • Support internal communication efforts related to learning programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and development events.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to identify learning needs.
