About the Job:

The particular role you can be a part of is a Senior Executive - Human Capital within Dubai Holding Group Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the delivery of people strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Manage employee relations matters, handling concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Drive employee engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Oversee and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate data and generating insights for improvement
- Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit interviews and process improvements
- Support the administration of employee pension schemes and provide guidance on benefits
About You:
Essential- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
- Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).
- Previous internship/training experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.
- UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 2 years experience in a similar role or a strong interest in developing within HR
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability
- Experience using HR systems or tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Interest in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
