Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting business growth, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational objectives and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee talent acquisition activities and workforce planning
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR regulations
  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
  • Support management in organizational development and succession planning
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Monitor employee engagement and implement retention strategies
  • Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and HR requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR Operations / Human Resources Management
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Familiarity with HRMS / Payroll systems
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR
  • Experience in multi-cultural or multi-national work environments
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning
  • Experience managing HR operations for medium to large organizations
