Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Lead HR initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and managers on all human resource matters.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement talent development programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
- Establish performance management systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture consistent with company values.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analyses to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and benefits administration.
- Lead HR metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
Qualifications
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and drive organizational change.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Full-time position, typically MondayFriday.
- May require occasional travel for meetings, training, or conferences.
