The Total Office is looking for a commercially driven, proactive Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our UAE business. We aren't just selling office furniture—we are shaping the future of workplaces through consultative, solution-led design.

The Role: What You Will Do
As our Country Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of driving UAE sales performance, stepping into the field to secure strategic accounts while coaching your team to success.- Drive Revenue & Pipelines: Own the local revenue growth, strategic client acquisition, and overall team performance. Keep a healthy sales pipeline with a minimum 3x coverage of your team's annual target.
- Lead from the Front: Manage, mentor, and scale the local sales team. Help shift their approach from transactional selling to consultative, value-driven partnerships.
- Close Complex Deals: Step in to lead high-value B2B deals, navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations across procurement, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Commercial Strategy: Build and execute a realistic 3-year sales growth plan tailored to current UAE market trends. Use CRM data (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) to target high-growth sectors like healthcare, education, and tech.
- Contract Management: Review and manage commercial contracts, ensuring a clear understanding of risk, commercial terms, and compliance to safeguard the company's interests.
The Profile: What We Are Looking For
We need someone with a strong commercial mindset, high resilience, and the ability to comfortably represent our brand at major industry events like INDEX and Workspace.
Your Experience- Industry Background: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Architecture and Design (A&D) industry. Experience in office furniture, workplace solutions, or interior fit-out is a major plus.
- Team Management: At least 3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team within the UAE/GCC region.
- Proven Results: A clear track record of delivering AED 20M+ in annual revenue targets , with exposure to large-scale commercial projects and contracts.
- Active UAE Network: Established, working relationships with Tier-1 Architects & Interior Designers (A&D), Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and Government/semi-government entities.
- Technical & Solution Capability: Ability to interpret BOQs, tender documentation, and architectural layouts. Strong exposure to solution selling (ergonomics, workplace wellbeing, acoustic solutions, and sustainable design).
- Sustainability Standards: Familiarity with standards like LEED, WELL, Greenguard, or Cradle to Cradle is highly desirable.
- Language: Professional fluency in English.
