Contractual HR Business Partner

Job Description

The Client:

Our client is a leading FMCG company undergoing a critical transformation phase across the UAE. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-month contract based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR excellence during this transitional period.

The Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support people strategies, year-end processes, and employee engagement. Youll serve as a key enabler in delivering people and culture (P&C) priorities across the cluster while maintaining a strong focus on change management and communication.

• Provide comprehensive support to year-end processes, including preparing high-quality data and materials for calibration sessions.
• Drive recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employee development initiatives in alignment with business needs.
• Support the AMET engagement survey process, including planning and leading employee focus groups.
• Contribute to various P&C projects, such as policy updates and addressing employee-related matters.
• Lead and support special cross-cluster HR initiatives as required.
• Partner in change management efforts through engagement platforms such as Viva Engage and Townhalls.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a track record of supporting change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with global or regional teams is a plus.
• Must have a valid UAE residency visa and be available for a 6-month contract role in Dubai.
