We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Lead to oversee cross-functional marine engineering projects from initiation through completion. If you have strong leadership, planning, and client management skills, and experience in the Oil & Gas industry, this role offers a high-impact opportunity within our Maritime Cluster.

Job Purpose
To plan, coordinate, and oversee marine engineering projects within Divetech Marine Engineering Services, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
Conduct regular meetings with the project team to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Prepare and present project status reports, summarizing progress and insights.
Establish and execute effective communication plans across stakeholders.
Manage change requests and assess impact on schedule, budget, and scope.
Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and implementation handover documentation.
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
Secure client approval and satisfaction during and after project delivery.
Lead post-project evaluations to assess success factors and areas for improvement.
Provide oversight on ERP project components.
Business Development Planning
Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
Enhance customer satisfaction and project-related client relationships.
Management and Research
Oversee project documentation and reporting.
Support implementation of standard operating procedures related to project execution.
Monitor project performance and continuously improve delivery frameworks.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's in Project Management is preferred.Certifications: PMP certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas or marine engineering sector.

Deep understanding of finance, budgeting, and project costing
Ability to create and manage policies, procedures, and operational documentation
Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in the marine industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
