As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Property Management division.

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in shaping and executing the property management strategy for the company. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, onboarding landlords, and building a strong and effective property management team.

Were looking for someone with vision, drive, and a full understanding of what it takes to build a sustainable and profitable department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with the executive team on department strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by connecting with landlords and property owners.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Present tailored property management solutions and fee structures.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to guide service offerings and pricing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords under management.
  • Lead planning for resources, staffing, tools, and operations to deliver consistent service.

Interview Requirement:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present a detailed 1-year business plan, which must include:

  • The projected growth strategy
  • Breakdown of required team members and roles
  • Estimated operating costs and tools
  • Fee structures for services
  • Targets and timelines

This is your opportunity to show how you would set up and run a property management department from the ground up.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in property management, sales, or business development is a strong advantage
  • Clear and confident communicator in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • A team player with a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen
  • UAE or UK driving license required
  • Professional appearance and attitude are essential

Compensation:

This is a full-time role with a salary package that will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and vision.
