Location: Dubai
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary Range (incl. commissions): AED 20,000 25,000

We're now looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast-paced Dubai office and play a key role in accelerating growth in the UAE market.

What You'll Do:

Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion

Manage and convert inbound leads by showcasing GuestReady's value
Educate potential clients and negotiate deals
Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline

Market Knowledge & Client Advisory

Stay up to date with Dubai real estate & short-term rental regulations
Advise landlords on how to maximize rental income
Target high-value properties in prime areas

Networking, Partnerships & Lead Gen

Represent GuestReady at real estate events, expos, and conferences
Use your network of agents, brokers, and investors to generate leads
Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Referral Programs & Promotions

Collaborate on referral programs & limited-time promos
Drive new business through incentivized initiatives

Who You Are:

3+ years of sales/business development experience (Real Estate/Holiday Homes in UAE preferred)

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills

Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market & short-term rental dynamics

Existing network of landlords, property owners, and brokers

Real Estate experience is a must
